Payment

All prices listed on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT. No delivery costs apply.

CO-E ApS accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and MobilePay Online. No transaction fees are added to your purchase.

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through a secure payment server provided by Nets Denmark A/S, which encrypts all information to ensure a fully secure connection.

Delivery of Digital Services

Leadership and Employee Development

Customers will receive a meeting link via email within one hour of purchase, for their scheduled booking time.

Organizational Design and Tailored Programs

Once the customer has accepted the offer and signed the agreement, access to the platform will be granted upon completion of the program design. This process typically takes 14–30 days. The customer will have continuous access to the platform throughout the duration of the project.

E-Programs

Customers will receive a login link to the platform via email within 24 hours after purchase. The program will be accessible for 30 days from the time of access.

The customer is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and for keeping track of when the 30-day license period expires.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

There is no right of withdrawal for purchases of Leadership and Employee Development services or E-Programs.

The customer may withdraw from the agreement for Organizational Design Programs or Tailored Programs within seven 7 days of entering into the agreement, provided that the first invoice has not yet been issued.

In such cases, a cancellation fee corresponding to 10% of the initial 40% of the total project value will apply.

Complaints and Defects (Reclamation)

As these are digital services, the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects apply where relevant.

If the customer experiences defects or issues with the service, including lack of access to the platform or technical problems, this must be reported as soon as possible to: contact@co-established.com

CO-E ApS will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within an appropriate timeframe, including restoring access or correcting errors.

If a delivered program is made available on the platform and the customer considers the content to be significantly defective, the customer may contact CO-E ApS via the email above or the assigned contact person for the project, as specified in the signed agreement.

Privacy Policy

When purchasing a program (Organizational Design, Tailored Programs, or E-Programs) and submitting personal information, CO-E ApS collects and processes customer data.

As the data controller, we process personal data securely and confidentially. Personal data is used and stored solely for the purposes for which it was collected and will be deleted within 30 days after the end of the program in accordance with GDPR Article 5(1)(e) (storage limitation).

Data is securely stored on our proprietary platform and is not accessible to unauthorized parties.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to the customer and will take effect from the date of notification.
